The Lithuanian School Games (LGS) inter-zonal athletics quadruple jump competition took place in Utena. The honour of Pasvalys district was defended by the boys' and girls' teams of Lėvens Primary School, led by physical education teachers Vilija Mačėnienė (girls' team) and Rasa Žygienė (boys' team).

As many as 17 teams from all over the country took part in the competition. The Lėvens boys' team took a respectable fourth place, while the girls' team finished third and qualified for the final round of the competition in Alytus!
