The administration of Pasvalys Sports School informs that by 1 September 2025, students of Pasvalys Sports School MUST submit A medical certificate from the athlete's medical check-up. You can download it by clicking HERE

After printing out the certificate, give it to your GP for completion. The completed certificate should be delivered to your trainer.

If you don't have the possibility to print it, please contact your coach.
