Pasvalys Sports School U13 girls' football team coached by Vidmantas Kazlauskas started the second round of the North-West zone of the Lithuanian girls' football competition at Zalgiris Kaunas Football Arena.

In the first match, the Pasvaliets defeated the Panevėžys FA girls' team 2:1 (0:1) after a hard-fought battle. Elija Liubinaitė and Meida Strelčiūnaitė scored goals for Pasvalys in the second period.

In the second match of this round, Pasvaliets lost 0:2 to local Kaunas Zalgiris girls.

It's great to see the team improving and challenging the big city teams more and more.
